Welcome to our site!
We are obviously new to blogging, but here is our attempt!

Gordon and Betsie Wenger have been serving as missionaries to the Quechua people of southern Peru since 2004. We live in Velille, Chumbivilcas, Cusco, a town of about 3,000 people which is central to the surrounding comunities. We are seeking to be the light of Christ in this dark area, by distributing Bibles, preaching, discipleship, leadership training and church planting. Here we are posting our newsletters, other happenings, and photos (mostly for the grandparents sakes).

Hello Gordon, Betsie, Elisabeth, Susanna, and Samuel, What great pictures, you all have done a great job making something this Grandma's heart loves to look at. I used getting to look at this blog as a reward for getting cleaned up after the MWR. Sure love you, Mom
You did a great job recording the baptism and the baby clothes and the wedding. So many BIG things in one month!!! Hallelujah! Thanks so much for the hard work I really appreciate it. love, Mom
Hello Gordon and Betsie,
I stumbled upon your blog via a Rosedale archive. I just spent an hour getting an update on your life in Peru. God has blessed you in many ways! It was great to see so many wonderful pictures of your life, the kids, and the natives of the land. What a ministry!
Jason and I are currently living on the campus of Southern Baptist Theological Seminary in Louisville, Kentucky. He just started a full course-load this past week!
